How To - Change Success Factor Password (Self Reset)
*Only work for user ID, that has pos email address
~ For user without pos email address, they need to open an request at "Request a services" using "SAP Successfactors - Password Reset" form.
1. Open Success Factor portal
2. Click on the "Question mark" icon
3. Insert your staff number
4. Click the "Reset Password" button
5. A link will be send to you at your personal pos email to reset the password
